If you have a student that will be 5 years old on September 1, 2023 and this will be their first year at NHE (did not attend Pre-K), please look over the list of required documents below, fill out the attached enrollment packet, and turn all items in to Dichele Smith in the elementary office. 903-945-2192

Completed Enrollment Packet

Birth Certificate

Social Security Card

Parent/Guardian Driver's License

Immunization Record

Proof of Residence (copy of utility statement)
