Turn in registration forms to elementary or secondary office
Camp Schedule:
3rd-5th grade (grade just finished): 8:00 AM-11:00 AM
6th-8th grade (grade just finished): 1:00 PM-4:00 PM
CAMP DUES: $40 ($10 discount per kid for multiple kids. Make checks payable to North Hopkins Basketball. $10 discount for children of NH staff.)
What to bring: Basketball shoes and water. (We will provide snacks and drinks each day). Must register by 5/15 to guarantee a ball/t-shirt. Campers who register after may not receive a ball/shirt if there are not enough.
We, undersigned parent/guardian give our permission for ___________________ to participate in the assigned activity listed without holding NHISD liable for any injury. We also authorize the camp director/admin to seek medical attention if needed. We do hereby acknowledge the fact that he/she is allowed to physically participate in the camp.
